Nothing to complain about, loved our stay. Everything was perfect, with very amiable staff, met expectation. Magnificent and amazing location to attractions like Ponta Delgada City Gates, that was around 4-6 minutes' walk from the hotel. The room was spotless and silent, had smoke detectors for the safety.

The location of this place is fantastic, being close to the city center, restaurants, port, and town center with easy access to everything.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Do Teatro. the location was perfect and our room was modern, clean, and spacious. the hosts were incredibly attentive, and the breakfast in a basket was a delightful surprise every morning. We even had a lovely little balcony that we didn't expect. the hosts were also very quick to respond when we realized we had left something behind in our room after checking out. We will definitely be recommending Casa Do Teatro to our friends who plan to visit Ponta Delgada in the future. Cons: Nothing, it was perfect! 😊.

Absolutely loved the spacious rooms and the fact that they were clean and well-maintained. the air conditioning was a bonus, especially during the hot weather. the best part was the location - everything was within walking distance, making it convenient to explore the city easily.

The lack of an elevator was a bit inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage up the stairs. It would have been better if there were more comfortable lights in the rooms as well.

The communication with the hosts was excellent, as they responded promptly to any inquiries or requests. we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel.

One minor drawback was that the windows were not sound-insulating, so we could hear street noise which sometimes interrupted our sleep. However, these were only minor inconveniences in an otherwise enjoyable stay.

I especially enjoyed the traditional homemade breakfast, which was prepared in a convenient basket. the location was also ideal, allowing me to easily explore the beautiful island of Sao Miguel. It would have been helpful to have hooks or a shelf in the bathroom for hanging towels or placing clothes. The mirror in the bathroom was positioned too high, making it difficult to see properly.
